CELMAR Cafe is among the largest and most modern coffee production plants in Poland. In order to keep up the pace with market leaders, the company continuously invests in new technologies. Thanks to these investments the company can boast one of the largest and most efficient production capacities.
The plant’s equipment includes state-of-the-art, automated, highly efficient coffee roasting and packing lines. We have at our disposal coffee burners which meet the highest world standards and work in tandem with grinders and packing machines, which allow to pack the final product in neutral gases that maintain the coffee’s aroma and extend its shelf life.

Celmar products are known on the Eastern and Western markets. We export our products to Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, as well as West to European Union Countries.
The plant where Celmar products are manufactured meets all the requirements of the IFS (International Food Standard) system and HACCP in accordance with European Union and environment protection norms.
The abbreviation HACCP comes from the English phrase which means Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. This specifies a system of organization and operation within companies that deal with food, and is in place to ensure that food’s safety.
The HACCP system is considered to be the most effective tool which guarantees that the food is not contaminated or otherwise polluted and will be safe for the consumer.
